Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Project and Operation Intern to join our team. This role will be crucial in coordinating our regional training sessions and seminars, as well as providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and operations. 

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Coordination: 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of 4 regional training sessions, including logistics, venue coordination, materials preparation, and attendee communication. 
  • Support the coordination of 1 regional BC seminar, which includes liaising and collaborating with an external vendor and different stakeholders. 
  • Manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets under supervision. 
  • Coordinate with other internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery. 

Operation Support: 

  • Consolidate reports from various regions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. 
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as needed. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. 
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. 
Qualifications:

Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Canva (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. 
  • Previous experience in event planning or administrative roles (even volunteer) is a plus.
