JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Participate in and support all audit and certification projects including but not limited to ISO, OHSAS, OSPAR, SOC II, BCA Green Mark, TIA-942, IMDA Data Protection Trustmark, Singapore Standards certification programmes for ensuring continued compliance to global standards.

Provides re-certification and surveillance audit support for existing KDC certification renewed or implemented as per contractual requirement

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that business processes meet certification requirements

  • Establish, review and update SOPs and documentation to ensure compliance

  • Develop Global Operations Process blueprint and Standard Operating Procedures for DC sites

  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance on approved joint certification activities e.g. BIA, ABMS etc.

  • Site support during client enquiries/questionaire or reviews relating to new and existing Data Centre certifications. (I.e. ISO audits, BCM, DPTM, SOC-II, OSPAR, UL2799 zero waste to landfill, BCA Green Mark, PCI-DSS, TIA 942 etc)

  • Monitor and ensure findings are closed from internal or external audit and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Present certification updates during operation meetings or when required.

  • Provide administrative support in raising PR/PO. To ensure budget is well managed and all PR are raised timely.

  • To submit certification budget and forecast during the annual budgeting exercises for DC Reits and ADCF.

  • Implement digitisation & process workflow improvements

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

  • Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business or Engineering disciplines

1 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the data centre industry

Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO50001, SS 564 Green Data Centres, BCA Green Mark, OSPAR & SOC II would be preferred.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and with all levels
