RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications collaterals, including intranet content, presentations and internal newsletters
- Provide support for internal staff engagement activities such as townhalls, community giving initiatives and internal events
- Content creation across for internal and external channels, including the development of newsletter features, visuals, infographics and other media
- Support in daily media and regulatory monitoring
- Assist in maintaining communications calendars and content repositories
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline
- Interest in corporate communications and internal engagement within a professional environment
- Proficient in MS Office software and tools – PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Word
- Experience in video production/editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects / Final Cut Pro), visual communications (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva) would be an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with an interest in developing engaging communications content
