Your day to day

• Support regional projects focused on improving restaurant and bar performance, including menu reviews and competitor insights
• Assist with the rollout of initiatives designed to enhance guest experience and drive revenue across multiple hotels
• Coordinate with teams to track project progress, gather feedback, and support implementation across locations
• Help organise and manage stakeholder meetings, communications, and follow-ups for key initiatives
• Contribute to ongoing analysis and insights that help refine processes and improve operational outcomes

What we need from you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
