FICC - Macro Trading and Corporate Business Development - Director (Singapore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead macro trading team to facilitate client flows in FX/Rates/other selected macro related instruments
• Generate net profit of USD 10-20m as a team
• Cooperate with sales team and other trading partners to build up the macro trading franchise
• Cooperate with all stakeholders to build up the macro trading/risk management/reporting system
• Co-manage the corporate business development force and work together with all stakeholders to build up corporate client franchise

Qualification:

• 5 years above experience in FX/Rates related trading role, reputable house and proven track record is preferred
• Demonstrate strong ability to react fast to market movement and take actions accordingly
• Native speaking and writing in mandarin is a must and excellent English speaking and writing is required
