Job Description - Delivery Project completion
Focal point to sales/customers leading Factory Services cross functional team in driving project from customer requirements gathering to engineering, PDM, factory enablement to ship customized orders.
Lead projects enablement to meet key deliverables including shipment setup SLA, Quality, costs quotes.
Act as consultant in providing factory services consultancy to the sales, category team on identifying the right services and solutions according to customers' requests.
Guide team to Involve the right stakeholders, set the right expectations, communicate process steps and timelines.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance related to configuration services and engagement process to operations. Provide Complex Engineering solutions to projects.
Run feasibility with relevant teams to find out if the customer`s requirements are feasible.
Lead team in driving and coordinating the services delivery with WW Engineering team, Product Data team, and factory teams.
Track the details about the project progress, drive the communication with Supply Chain Factory Services PM, customers and sales.
Manage escalations effectively (if a technical problem, delay or customer escalation) by driving the resolution plans.
Lead customers and government visits showcasing HP AI innovation capabilities impressing upon visitors HP's leading ability globally.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computing, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field.
At least 7 years of Supply Chain or Factory related experience would be a strong advantage.
Able to converse & write in English mandatory. Additional languages would be an advantage.
Proven leadership skills (driving attitude, results-oriented, proactive follow-up).
Demonstrated strong planning, organizational & time management skills.
Ability to effectively and proactively communicate plans, proposals and get results.
Demonstrates and proven ability to work well with sales & customers including experience in close collaboration are essential.
Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly would be deemed as an asset.
Ability to communicate in English with ASEAN languages eg Bahasa Indonesia or Malay would be an key advantage.

• Uses managerial concepts and company objectives to resolve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways. May achieve goals through subordinate supervisors.
