[What you will be working on]
Space Planning & Portfolio Management
-
Partner HR and business divisions to understand headcount plans, workforce growth and workplace requirements.

Monitor and analyse space needs, occupancy trends and seat utilisation across fixed and co-working seats.

Develop space planning proposals to support projected headcount growth, business needs and optimal workplace utilisation.

Track and optimise workplace occupancy density, while ensuring alignment with workplace safety and operational requirements.
Project Management & Interior Works
-
Manage end-to-end renovation and interior works projects, including tender procurement, budgeting, contractor management and project execution.

Plan, coordinate and facilitate business divisions’ relocation requirements arising from renovation or workplace transformation projects.

Manage project finances, cash flow, timelines and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered within budget and agreed standards.

Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.

Conduct risk assessments to identify foreseeable project risks early, and put in place mitigation plans or alternatives.

Work with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation and issue resolution.
Workplace Transformation & Service Improvement

Translate business strategies, headcount forecasts and workplace needs into practical space plans, resource requirements and implementation roadmaps.

Identify and implement smart workplace technologies to enhance employee experience, visitor experience and cost efficiency.

Manage, monitor and improve workplace planning and project management processes to strengthen service quality and operational effectiveness.

Gather and analyse relevant space utilisation, occupancy and project data to support sound recommendations and timely decision-making.

Support change management efforts arising from workplace changes, relocations, renovations or new ways of working.
[What we are looking for]

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and change management skills, with the ability to work with business divisions across different seniority levels.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.

Able to manage competing priorities with urgency, ownership and attention to quality.

Agile and solution-oriented, with openness to innovation, smart workplace technologies and new ways of working.

Good bachelor’s degree, preferably in interior design, architecture, corporate real estate or a related discipline.

At least 5 years’ experience for Manager / 8 years’ experience for Senior Manager in corporate real estate, space planning, renovations, facilities management and/or project management.

Experience in planning or implementing smart technologies in an office environment would be advantageous.

Strong computer skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop would be advantageous.
