工作内容 / Job Responsibilities

协助管理层处理日常行政及个人事务,并依据《高级私人事务管理清单》系统化执行各项事务。
Assist management with daily administrative and personal tasks, executing responsibilities systematically according to the Senior Personal Affairs Management Framework.

负责行程、会议及时间安排,建立并维护标准化出行与会议流程。
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments, establishing and maintaining standardized travel and meeting protocols.

处理邮件、文件及日常沟通协调,确保信息流转有序、及时。
Handle emails, documents, and daily communication to ensure orderly and timely information flow.

协助安排会议、出行及事项跟进,并建立事务跟踪与反馈机制。
Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups, implementing tracking and feedback systems.

系统化管理以下五大模块事务:
Systematically manage affairs across the following five modules:

身份与跨境合规:管理证件、签证、居留天数统计及专业执照维护。
Identity & Compliance: Manage passports, visas, residency day counts, and professional license renewals.

核心资产与设备:维护高价值资产档案、保养计划及权属记录。
Assets & Equipment: Maintain records of high-value assets, maintenance schedules, and ownership status.

财务与法律合规:监控信用与还款节点、税务申报周期,管理家庭雇员合同。
Financial & Legal: Monitor credit and payment deadlines, tax filing cycles, and manage household staff contracts.

家庭生活与物流:标准化行程方案、管理家庭成员保障及应急预案。
Lifestyle & Logistics: Standardize travel plans, manage family welfare, and maintain emergency protocols.

信息安全与权限:执行权限分级管理、数据备份与危机公关预案。
Security & Access: Implement access controls, data backups, and crisis response procedures.

完成其他临时交办事项。
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
