Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand the talent pool.
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies.
- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
