Job Summary This role is responsible for managing the leasing process, from identifying potential tenants to negotiating lease terms and finalizing agreements Job Description Develop leasing strategies to achieve the ideal tenant mix. Manage all leasing activities including inquiries, viewings, negotiations, renewals, and paperwork. Create marketing materials and internal communications. Stay informed about retail industry trends. Prepare budgets and monthly financial reports, sales analysis of tenants' performance. Collaborate with other teams to support marketing events and maintain good tenant relationships. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Key Qualification Creative, resourceful, and strong in communication (written and spoken). Independent, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
