Job Summary Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust's portfolio spans 5 developed countries and consists of logistics and commercial properties.The successful Intern will be working on investment analysis, research and financial modelling for potential acquisition opportunities that the team is evaluating Job Description Through this internship, you will get to: Support the team in analysing market opportunities by assessing factors such as demand and supply, location attributes, property specifications, and tenant covenant strength Conduct market research and prepare reports on market transactions, trends, and competitor activities to build sector knowledge Assist in financial modelling and analysis, including evaluating DPU accretion and investment impact Key Qualification Ideally currently pursuing a degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Real Estate, Finance Highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
