It is a leading retail and office owner and operator, and residential property developer in Singapore. The Business Development team of Frasers Property Singapore plays an important role in developing a pipeline of mixed-use and residential projects in Singapore and Malaysia. Job Description The Business Development Intern assist the team in the following areas: - Assisting in undertaking market research to gather key market data and insights that will support the team in preparing approval papers for site acquisitions - Preparing financial models to support approval papers for acquisitions/ redevelopments/ disposals in Singapore and Malaysia - Assisting with transaction and development management of assigned projects, including working closely with internal and external stakeholders including legal, valuation, tax, etc - Performing competitive analysis of market competition, pricing, demand vis-a-vis future launches, transactions benchmarking, and customer analytics to generate business insights and contribute to design development for existing and pipeline projects - Providing support in on-going projects in KL and Singapore, which are curerntly at different stages of regulatory approvals The Intern's work will contribute towards the follwing: - launching of mixed-use or residential development projects for public sales - acquisition of new sites for development - collating market and business updates quarterly reporting to the management committee Key Qualification Final-year undergraduate student in Real Estate, Business, Finance or its equivalent preferred Familiarity with the real estate markets with prior investments internship experience with a real estate developer or investment manager would be an advantage Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modeling and power point Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
