Main Purpose of Job •Support CDP to carry out daily BOH operations within the individual department. •Understand and learn the menu, assist with the implementation of the menu changes according to recipes and standards. •Support the CDP and ensure all mise en place lists and handovers are completed correctly on time for the next shift. •Required to understand the importance of all tasks with a strict attention to details. •Ensure all workstations and section areas are cleaned. •Work closely and communicate effectively with other team members.
