The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Development Director to lead the planning and execution of facility upgrades, that shape the future of our centre, while leading the facilities management team and suppliers in operational readiness and cyclical maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all centre development, renovation, and expansion projects.
  • Plan and manage the full project lifecycle, from concept design to completion, including approvals, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Be responsible for the preventive maintenance and operational readiness of the centre.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Drive innovation in energy efficiency, smart building systems, sustainability and long-term asset management.
  • Prepare reports and present progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal departments (engineering, housekeeping, F&B, operations) to support ongoing maintenance and facility improvement initiatives.
