Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the organization’s client base and revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Present and promote the company’s range of solutions and services.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

Project & Coordination Support

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Support clients through all stages of the engagement process, from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all components.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to secure new business.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular performance and forecast reports for management review.
  • Analyze performance data and market feedback to support business planning.
