Business Development
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the organization’s client base and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Present and promote the company’s range of solutions and services.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
Project & Coordination Support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Support clients through all stages of the engagement process, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all components.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to secure new business.
- Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular performance and forecast reports for management review.
- Analyze performance data and market feedback to support business planning.
