Job Description

• Act as Lab Monitor for simulator training
• Manage enquiries and attend to visitors, including but not limited to, directing calls and visitors to appropriate staff member, answering student enquiries, be the ambassador of ERAU Asia
• Assist with mail collection and courier receipt and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, office pantry
• Support in ad-hoc tasks and/or projects, as assigned

Qualifications

• Current student with relevant work authorization and has at least 2 terms prior to graduation
• Possess good customer service skills and professional
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and serve
