Role Overview
The Senior Designer leads the visual development of loyalty campaigns, customer experience touchpoints, and retail activation materials. This role requires a creative who is fast, agile, detail-obsessed, and able to work independently while partnering closely with strategy, account management, and client teams. The Senior Designer turns loyalty propositions and retail insights into high-quality designs that elevate customer engagement and drive stronger brand perception across digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development
- Lead the end-to-end design of loyalty campaign assets including CRM visuals, digital banners, in-app graphics, landing pages, social content, and promotional toolkits.
- Design retail activation materials such as POSM, in-store displays, mechanic/workshop kits, signage, and product education materials.
- Translate strategic insights and customer value propositions into visually compelling creative concepts.
- Maintain and elevate visual consistency across campaigns, retail channels, and loyalty experiences.
Experience & Journey Design
- Support mapping and visualising customer journeys to identify key design moments across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Develop design systems, iconography, and templates that improve efficiency and quality across the loyalty ecosystem.
- Explore and prototype new experience concepts that enhance customer engagement and reward interactions.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with planners, account managers, and clients to turn briefs into tangible creative directions.
- Present design concepts clearly and confidently, providing rationale grounded in strategy and customer behaviour.
- Manage multiple projects independently, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Quality, Efficiency & Problem Solving
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical requirements, and production standards.
- Spot issues early — from unclear briefs to impractical activation layouts — and propose practical, creative fixes.
- Drive efficient production workflows, helping the team move fast without rework or ambiguity.
