    • Maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into quality performance
    • Highlight emerging trends and risks to engineering and operations teams
  • Maintain Accurate Inspection Specifications
    • Review and update inspection specifications in response to ECNs
    • Partner with engineering and manufacturing to align inspection criteria with design intent
    • Prevent quality escapes caused by outdated or unclear inspection requirements
  • Support Internal Audits and Audit Readiness
    • Participate in internal audits and pre-audit activities
    • Document findings and support corrective action execution
    • Help ensure the organization remains audit-ready at all times
  • Reinforce a Culture of Quality Execution
    • Communicate quality expectations clearly and consistently
    • Follow up to ensure commitments are completed
    • Support teams in meeting quality requirements without slowing development
  • Additional Role & Responsibilities

What You Bring

  • Min 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or QA role
  • Hands-on experience with document control, CAPA, inspections, or quality metrics
