Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, upbeat, and highly creative HR Communications Lead to spearhead the next chapter of how we communicate, engage and inspire employees across the region.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has strong storytelling instincts and loves bringing ideas to life through digital content, campus partnerships and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, relationship-driven and able to navigate complexity with ease while creating meaningful employee experiences and communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Newsletter & Internal Communications

  • Lead the design, content direction and production of the HR Online Newsletter (magazine-style, digital-first).
  • Develop communication campaigns highlighting people stories, culture, milestones and HR initiatives.
  • Ensure tone, branding and messaging are consistent across platforms and regions, in partnership with the Marketing Team.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent, L&D and business leaders to source and shape compelling content.

2. University & Campus Connect (Regional)

  • Build and strengthen relationships with universities, polytechnics and educational partners.
  • Lead regional Campus Connect strategies including career fairs, speaker sessions, internship branding, campus activations and digital outreach.
  • Partner with HR and Marketing to elevate the employer brand among early career talent.
  • Oversee internships pipeline: selection, onboarding, experience design, performance management and conversion recommendations.

3. Employee Engagement & Fun@Work Activities

  • Design and execute region-wide employee engagement programs, events and cultural activations.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to create activities that celebrate people, build connection and enhance workplace culture.
  • Lead recognition initiatives, celebrations and fun-at-work experiences that keep employees energized and aligned with company values.
  • Work closely with vendors for events, creative work and external partnerships.

4. People Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor communications and design interns.
  • Provide direction, guidance and coaching to help them deliver high-quality creative output.
  • Build a positive, collaborative and high-energy team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Media, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, HR communications, engagement, or similar roles
  • Experience leading creative or engagement programs across multiple regions is an advantage
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design or oversee creative output (newsletters, campaigns, visuals)
  • Experience working with student communities, campus relations or early career talent preferred
  • Event and vendor management experience
