We are seeking a Senior Director (or Vice President) to lead governance and executive decision support across a rapidly expanding global data centre development portfolio spanning APAC and Europe.

This is a senior role focused on visibility, governance, and risk escalation — not a project or construction delivery position. Regional Project Delivery Directors retain full operational ownership; this role acts as the global control tower across multi-country programs.

What you’ll do

• Own the global delivery portfolio governance framework, ensuring consistency and transparency across regions

• Provide executive leadership with a clear, trusted view of delivery health, risks, and trade-offs

• Consolidate schedule, cost, risk, and quality data into actionable executive insights

• Serve as the global escalation point for cross-regional and systemic delivery risks

• Lead multi-year portfolio planning and support capital sequencing and prioritisation decisions

• Influence senior delivery leaders through data, judgment, and structured governance, not line management

• Leadership has early, accurate visibility into portfolio performance — no surprises

• Risks are escalated early with clear options and recommendations

• Regional teams operate with consistent governance while retaining autonomy

• Portfolio and capital decisions are data-led and comparable across regions

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience in portfolio or program management within data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects

• Proven experience operating at enterprise or multi-region portfolio level

• Strong background in PMO governance, executive reporting, and portfolio analytics

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority

• Experience in hyperscale or colocation environments is a strong advantage

• Role is scoped at Senior Director level, with flexibility to appoint at VP for exceptional candidates.
