Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive global HR operations. This critical role is responsible for designing and optimizing HR operational frameworks across multiple geographies, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability. With a strong focus on operational excellence and global standards, you will shape the future of HR operations and deliver a best-in-class employee experience worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of HR Operations specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute a comprehensive Global HR Operations strategy for seamless delivery of core HR processes, including payroll, compliance and process optimization.
- Work with HRIS on Workday system enhancements, payroll standardization, and harmonization of HR processes across regions.
- Maintain robust controls and adherence to global governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with diverse labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align operational practices with business priorities, balancing scalability with local cultural and regulatory nuances.
- Champion HR transformation projects that enhance efficiency, employee experience, and operational resilience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to payroll operations and HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of leading HR operations teams and managing complex, multi-country HR environments.
- Expertise in global labor laws, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with leadership and engage with all levels of the organization.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving HR transformation and process optimization in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
