Role: Senior Manager CRM & Order Management Platforms
Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a senior leader to own the strategy, delivery, and long-term success of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management (OM) platforms, including Salesforce, CloudSense, and custom enterprise systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of CRM and Order Management systems that power sales and service across Enterprise, SME, Wholesale, and International segments. This role balances strategy, delivery, operations and leadership ensuring platforms are stable.

Responsibilities:

  • Own performance, scalability, security, and reliability of CRM & OM platforms.
  • Define and deliver a multi-year CRM/OM technology roadmap aligned to business strategy.
  • Lead automation, DevOps, and process optimisation to improve sales and service workflows.
  • Run day-to-day operations including on-call, incident management, and service levels.
  • Prioritise initiatives across features, tech debt, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Lead and develop high-performing internal and vendor teams.
  • Manage budgets, capacity planning, and vendor partnerships.
  • Partner with Billing, ERP, Digital Channels, and Data teams for end-to-end integration.
  • Act as senior advisor to executives on CRM and fulfilment strategy.
