We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts across India and the broader APAC region. This role is critical in scaling Coupa’s hiring engine, with a strong emphasis on India-based hiring (80–85%). You will partner with global and regional leaders to drive programs, processes, and a high-performing recruiting team.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and scale talent acquisition across India and APAC, aligning recruiting strategies with business goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a regional TA team, fostering operational excellence and accountability.
  • Partner with executives and hiring leaders to drive strategic hiring plans and workforce alignment.
  • Build and enhance programs focused on candidate experience, diversity hiring, early careers, and employer brand.
  • Use data and analytics to guide decisions and report progress to leadership.

What You Will Bring to Coupa

  • 10+ years of tech industry recruiting experience; 6+ years leading talent teams across India.
  • Proven ability to scale hiring strategies, influence leaders, and align talent plans with business needs.
  • Strong analytics, operational rigor, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience sourcing across multiple channels (referrals, internal mobility, vendors, etc.).
  • Knowledge of recruiting tech stack tools; GEM suite experience preferred.
