RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and analyze international fashion retail display trends
• Plan and standardize merchandise display guidelines for retail stores in markets such as Singapore, Dubai, Philippines, Malaysia, Europe, etc.
• Planning, execution and co-ordination of showroom display
• Propose merchandise presentation according to merchandise collection, special events, festivities or promotions
• Compile and layout Seasonal display guidelines and training materials according to brand standards for global dissemination in a timely manner
• Monitor customers’ feedback and sales response or other indicators as a measure of display effectiveness
• Plan and conduct trainings to motivate members of the visual merchandising team to actively support visual merchandising efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Diploma in Visual Communication Design or Visual Merchandising or Fashion Styling or related field
• 2 years of relevant work experience in Retail Environment or Visual Merchandising
• Layout and Guideline Design Experience is a plus
• Expected to have excellent organizational skills, as well as attention to detail, project management, and time management skills
• Strong creative flair and effective problem-solving abilities preferred
• Competent in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Creating and changing visual display typically require physical activities, position can be physically demanding
• Early morning or late night hours may be required as visual display work often occurs at times when it is the least disruptive to the sales floor and the customer experience. Depending on retail schedule, weekends and public holidays may be required
