About the Role: You will be part of a team that drives the design, implementation, and enhancement of systems that support Changi Airport’s operational and commercial ecosystem. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders and technology partners to identify needs, evaluate solutions and manage transformation initiatives. You will support existing systems and develop new technological capabilities to enhance airport, retail and food & beverage operations, and to elevate the shopping and dining checkout experience at Changi. Key Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of airport and commercial operations, including the key stakeholders, systems, and processes Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to strategise, develop, deploy, maintain IT, and cybersecurity solutions that meet contractual, business, operations, and security requirements Establish and track key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness and drive improvements Manage projects and operational activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners Stay updated on industry developments, potential impact, and recommend relevant actions Candidate Profile: Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders with a passion for enabling all to succeed Analytical, team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, solid IT knowledge, with a keen problem-solving mindset Innovative, keen to learn, and with a strong interest in emerging technologies and their practical application in operations Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry, in areas such as software development, technical trouble shooting, project management, or support operations Work experience in retail systems, point-of-sales (POS) systems, lease management systems, digital display, or content management system is an advantage Ability to review solution designs, assess technical feasibility, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, cloud computing concepts (eg. AWS, Azure) and IT infrastructure including network, servers and databases Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Agile, Scrum) will be an advantage Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply
