Operation Lead (Regional)

Responsibilities:

• An operations leader responsible for the efficient planning, automation, process improvements, and performance analysis of key operational functions across Asian teams ensuring service quality at scale;

• This role works cross-functionally with global stakeholders to translate business needs into effective operational and system solutions, supported by strong data analysis and reporting;

• Oversee and implement customer service quality assurance standards & operational processes;

• Push for process simplification, standardization and automation for Operation functions;

• Monitor operational tasks by developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment;

• Drive discussions with stakeholders across our global operations to identify potential; opportunities to improve operational efficiency;

• Prepare, analyse, and recommend solutions that address the existing and potential opportunity areas across the organization;

• Implement and conduct trainings for new processes.

Requirements:

• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience with Business process management and improvement;

• Basic query and data analysis using database platforms, including MS SQL Server;

• Willingness to learn, with a curious, and data driven mindset;

• Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members;

• Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through;

• Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
