Job Introduction:
We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for an Operation Lead (Regional) to join our team. Responsibilities:
An operations leader responsible for the efficient planning, automation, process improvements, and performance analysis of key operational functions across Asian teams ensuring service quality at scale;
This role works cross-functionally with global stakeholders to translate business needs into effective operational and system solutions, supported by strong data analysis and reporting;
Oversee and implement customer service quality assurance standards & operational processes;
Push for process simplification, standardization and automation for Operation functions;
Monitor operational tasks by developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment;
Drive discussions with stakeholders across our global operations to identify potential; opportunities to improve operational efficiency;
Prepare, analyse, and recommend solutions that address the existing and potential opportunity areas across the organization;
Implement and conduct trainings for new processes.
Requirements:
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience with Business process management and improvement;
Basic query and data analysis using database platforms, including MS SQL Server;
Willingness to learn, with a curious, and data driven mindset;
Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members;
Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through;
Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
