Job Description
Responsibilities
Business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and Leasing enquiries
Assist in market research and data collection to plan and execute the intended Trade mix
Assist in the preparation of presentation slides and Excel data entry/analysis
Assist with data analysis of tenant's sales performance
Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of real estate principles preferred
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Strong numerical skills are an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
