Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in building inspections and operations
Assist in collating information regarding the buildings
Research and collate Sustainability data for Green Mark renewals
Provide support on Asset Enhancements projects
Assist in handling feedback from tenants
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
Detail-oriented and meticulous
