Job Description

You will be assisting the HQ Operations team with project administration, data analysis, meeting coordination, safety reporting, procurement support, and document control.

Responsibilities

  • Administer projects, including data collection, collation, analysis, and presentation of findings

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and generate outcomes and proposals in PowerPoint

  • Support the safety team and collaborate with sites to prepare reports on internal audits, safety findings, and HQ procurement exercises

  • Assist in gathering quotes and requirements, and coordinate Proof of Concepts/trials for relevant projects

  • Fine-tune operation manuals and upkeep guidebooks after approval

  • Support document control and compliance-related tasks

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Facilities Management, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Prior knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage

  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
