Key Responsibilities

  • Create quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer.

  • Create and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP

  • Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met 

  • Handle complex customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax

  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers

  • Develop knowledge of AMAT products

Requirements

  • Experience creating quotations and sales orders in ERP (SAP/Oracle preferred)

  • Strong customer service skills; able to handle complex inquiries via phone and email

  • Ability to escalate and follow up on unmet customer requirements

  • Excellent communication and coordination with customers and internal teams

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing

  • Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships

  • Willingness to learn Applied Materials products and processes
