- Manage service delivery and operations for an SAP HR/HCM (ECC) AMS/AO project, ensuring stable system performance and service quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service management, including SLA adherence, incident management, and continuous service improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of Application Management Services.
- Bring strong hands-on experience in SAP HR/HCM (ECC), with preference for candidates from AMS or AO/AMS project environments.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of service management processes in managed services engagements.
- Additional SAP HR-related skills or functional experience will be an advantage.
Mandatory
- Able to clear local national security clearance upon passing all interviews
- Good track record in SAP HR/HCM (ECC)
- Good track record in Service Delivery / Management for AO/AMS Projects
Good to have but not a must
- AMS (Application Management Services) or AO/AMS project background.
- Having additional SAP HR–related skills orexperience
